Greetings Council Members!
On behalf of the entire Homer Fund team, we would like to congratulate you on being selected for the first Homer Fund Advisory Council. We appreciate you accepting the responsibility, and we look forward to working with each of you.
The council was formed to serve as a consistent voice from the field, advising our team on how we can optimize programs and processes to best support our fellow associates.
What do we need from you?
Provide a consistent voice from the field and insight on the user experience and program impact.
Serve as a sounding board that will allow The Homer Fund to ensure current and new processes and procedures are working in the fields and what we can do to improve in these areas.
Attend quarterly topic-driven meetings to receive quarterly training and information that will allow them to be branded as Homer Fund SME’s, providing the knowledge necessary to relay to their fellow ASDS’s and DHRM’s in their respective regions.
Provide consistent communication with The Homer Fund, leading to open and honest feedback and sharing of ideas, suggestions and concerns while building a stronger connection between The Homer Fund team and those field representatives responsible for assisting associates in need.
