Welcome to Operation Surprise! This seasonal campaign provides an opportunity to give back and make a difference in the community, in hopeful and meaningful ways!
There are several ways to participate in the campaign including, the first Cash Grant option for the Team Depot program!
Operation Surprise Cash Grant
This new cash grant option begins on November 11th and runs through December 31st. It's a great way to show appreciation for the charitable organizations in your community.
Every store will be given $1,000 and depending on what your store chooses, the grant will either come in the form of a pre-paid AMEX debit card or a check to the nonprofit of your choice.
The AMEX Fun Fund card, can be used for examples that include:
- Angel Tree Sponsorship
- Lunch for the local Fire Station
- Or School supplies to under-served youth
The Check option will be given to the nonprofit of your choosing and will be sent to the attention of the Store Manager.
Both options are unique opportunities to create moments of surprise for those deserving community organizations.

Product Donation
This Team Depot program, is another unique opportunity that addresses the current needs of the COVID-19 climate. Each district has a budget of $5,000 to support a variety of requests that include relief operations, food insecurity, and individual veteran homeowners.
Your District Community Captain will manage this budget and is responsible for approving any requests prior to application submission to the Field Team.
