Completing your project is just as important as planning it. This step ensures required information is captured for reporting, media follow‑up (when applicable), or accurate logging of volunteer activity for Volunteer Only projects. Review the details below to ensure all project close‑out requirements are completed.
Volunteer Only Projects
- Complete grant application with nonprofit listed
- Ensure you have a minimum of 3 volunteers
- Detail charitable volunteer activity (donations are not acceptable)
- Sponsorships are not acceptable
Reporting
All volunteer projects recorded in the grant system are pulled for reporting. To assure your efforts are counted and shared, please be sure to submit applications in a timely manner and follow-up with your field leadership should you have questions.
Reporting will be pulled weekly and shared by the week's end. Work with your district leadership to align with goals, for region and division.
PR & Media
Here are a few reminders when using photos on Viva Engage or submitting photos directly to PR:
- Take a group photo of volunteers
- Capture volunteers interacting with the recipient
- Videos should each be around 10 seconds long
